We also have a strong focus on work permit and visa tracking – non-compliance can result in situations where employees have their right to reside in the country revoked and both the employee and their employer may be subject to further penalties. In addition, we have a focus on lease agreement tracking with set policies, to track notice periods and lease agreement end-dates. This is important to avoid extra costs for accommodations that need not be utilized.
